30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your Ceecap® product to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
✅ Be in its original condition – unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
✅ Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damages & Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@ceecap.com. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

❌ Used items – we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn or modified.
❌ Final sale & discounted products – items purchased at a discount, including bundle deals, are non-refundable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must meet the same return conditions listed above.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
